The purpose of this group is to help each other succeed online with the Project ThunderBolt business model. You can do this by asking (and answering) questions, sharing what worked for you, encouraging your fellow members, and justbeing there’ in general for other people in this group.
We want to keep thing civilized and to keep things on topic, so we do have a few basic rules:
1. Respect your fellow members. This goes without saying…
2. Constructive criticism is welcome, but negativity is banned. Negativity helps no-one, so while it’s inevitable you’ll run into roadblocks, stay positive. Negativity will be deleted without warning.
3. No spam. We have zero-tolerance on spam or unsolicited affiliate links being shared, and anyone who posts spam will be removed from the group.
4. No links to external websites that have opt-in boxes. You can share content and tools, but NOT if it requires a member needing to opt-in/sign-up to get it.
5. Technical support needs to be channeled to our support desk: https://support.blueprintcentral.com/ If you have a general question about how to do something, you’re welcome to ask, but not simply say "Instabuilder isn't working for me". This kind of thing NEEDS to come to our support team so that we can fix it as quickly as possible.
6. Being part of this group is a privilege. We have the right to remove you at any time without warning.
Any of the following will be immediately deleted, without warning:
- Any questions surrounding existing help desk tickets...like, when should I get a response etc.
- Any "poll" type questions like - "Who is making money with Project Thunderbolt?"
- Any complaints that have zero constructive criticism. It's fine to post something that makes a suggestion to make things better for all of us, but it's not fine to just complain.
- Anything that is a support type question for general support or related Software etc.
While we will be present here, the best way to get support from us is by using the regular support channel, as detailed in the members area.
